I have to Implement Watermark in Crystal Reports. I Am using VS2008 version of Crystal Reports and able to export create/export with PDF but with Excel the watremark is not working.In case of Excel first the image is getting displayed and then data is displaying.Please help me out in getting the solution for this problem.

The simple answer is that you can't.  One of the limitations of the Excel export is that any "underlay following" in Crystal doesn't come out in the export.  There is no work-around for this.

Is it possible with other versions of crystal reports, if possible then I can try out with that version.
