I have employee take leave report like that:
I want to sum time in each group.

(#Group ABC Company)

SIL

ML

4:30

8:15

(#Group XYZ Company)

ML

0:00

8:00

I want to get result like that:

Are you asking for help in creating a report that will do this?  If so, then you should post this under Report Design for help.
