CR has a Top-N sort feature. Check within the Group Sort Expert dialog box to set how many items you want it to show. You need to have at least one group in your report and one summary function for it to be enabled.

I cover Top-N reports as well as all the sorting and grouping options in Chapter 3 of my book http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0974953601/bischofsystem-20 - Crystal Reports Encyclopedia .
