I'm trying to create a report that list my facilities ( Gas stations, theaters, homes etc.) on one line that will main constant. When I list the inspection, the inspection dates in the detail section ONLY the facilities with ispections are listed and the rest of my facilities are gone. Can anyone advise me how to keep all facilities to be listed on the report and also list the inspection date for a facility that has been inspected and leave blank area next to the facility that has NOT been inspected, see below

Facility Permit Number       Facility Name
      
11-66-00001                  Bob's Gas Station
Inspection period 10/01/2007-12/31/2007 - 10/06/2007

11-66-00002                  Mike's Station
Inspection period 10/01/2007-12/31/2007 - No Date

I am having a similar problem as well, but I think I might be able to suggest something for you.

Would it be possible to set up your layout in this fashion:
 
 
 
                                        Bob's Gas Station                  Mike's Station
 
Facility Permit #                 11-66-00001                        11-66-00002
 
Inspection Period:      10/01/2007-12/31/2007     10/01/2007 - 12/31/2007
Inspection Date:                10/06/2007
 
 
 
You could even set up a field to say "No Date" and then suppress it on the condition of    {date.field} > 10/01/2007

What lines for the report would I use.
Facility line Group Header?? and Inspection date -Details??

It might be easier if you put the following headings across the top:
"Facility Name"  /  "Facility Permit #"   /   "Inspection Period"   /   "Inspection Date"   /   etc 
 
Then you could group it by any of the fields listed really.
 
Facility Name   Facility Permit #   Inspection Period   Inspection Date
 
Bob's                 11-66-0001       10/1/07 - 12/31/07     12/06/07
Mike's                11-66-0002       10/1/07 - 12/31/07        
 
Sorry I had not thought about that possibility before...
