CR basically displays data from the database...it doesn't write it to the database. But if you are asking can I load a picture of the preprinted form into a report, and then add fields onto the report to appear to fill out the form, yes you can. I haven't done it myself, but I have seen it done for 1099 forms. I believe the subject to look into is to underlay the controls.
