Hi,
I am a new Crystal User and working in crystal 11.
In my select expert I want to make a choice selection but I do not see full list in only goes to G.
Is there a limit? can I extend this limit so I can select my options?
Thank you,

To extend the limit, there is a registry setting that needs to be tweaked.  Increase the value of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 11.0\Crystal Reports\DatabaseOptions\LOV\MaxRowsetRecords or set it to -1 to get all records (not always a good idea, if there can be millions of rows....)

-Dell

Hi Thank you for your response,
I had some help from co-worker and this is what he did to assist:

I looked for the value in the registry and it didn’t exist. I created the folder and value and when I tested -1 it gave me the same results. I set "MaxRowsetRecords"="15000" and the I was able to see the full list.

I created registry file using notepad for those who aren’t sure how to add values to registry. Save file and rename from .txt to .reg

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 11.0\Crystal Reports\DatabaseOptions\LOV]

"MaxRowsetRecords"="15000"
