Hi,  I'm need help with a footers.  I created a report with a page footer that I want to show up only on the first page of the report!

This works great for single page reports.  However, multiple page (2+ pages) reports, I have been able to suppress the page footer on the subsequent pages but CR leaves a blank section at the bottom of each pages that looks like the same space for the original page footer.

Is there a way to release this "Footer Space" so that the entire page  is used up?

Any help with this would really be appreciated!

I realize that this is a bit old, but the first thing that comes to mind is in the Section Expert to suppress a sectio n that is blank.

If that doesn't work, you might try suppressing each control individually and see if that triggers the section to suppress.

Sometimes CR can be really annoying...hopefully one of those will work...if you haven't already found a work around.
