I have a new report that works beautifully in Crystal Reports. However, when I check it into JobBOSS and try to run it, it gives me the following error message: "Crystal Report Viewer / Logon failed / Details: [Database Vendor Code: 18456]". Other reports I have written in Crystal Reports work fine in JobBOSS and I cannot figure out what is different about this one.
When I Google on this error code, I get a zillion hits, but none of them seem to have the solution to my problem.

Hi
The error describes that it is a connection problem.
Check your new report datasource (ODBC /OLE DB etc). If you are using any other database or datasource mostly from that sarver it is not working.
Test connectivity from your JobBOSS server.
