I am currently running crystal reports 2008 using ODBC connection to oracle 10g server. I want to connect Crystal reports using Oracle server driver without having install oracle 10g client.

I changed connection from ODBC to oracle server, but when I run the report 'crdb_oracle.dll could not be loaded' message prompts and report doesn't appear.

The project is built on vs 2005. Any helps appreciated.

Regards

Raza

Basic answer, if you haven't already gotten there, is that you can't. You need to have the Oracle Client installed in order to connect to Oracle, regardless of what type of connection you're using.
