I have a report that we pull totals from for a monthly report. I would like to be able to copy & paste these numbers into another excel document but I'm not sure how to convert to excel.

You should be able to export to Excel.  Not sure if that is what you want to do?!?

If I export to excel, can I also auto email the excel report? The report I have now is auto emailed on the 1st of the month.

Not sure,  depends what tools you are using.  I noticed that you are in the .Net 2003 forum.   I do not run any report using code.  But I have assisted programmers that have.  I would suspect that you should be able to.

I do not know a way to auto e-mail any report from Crystal Designer.  There may be some viewers that allow you do that and SAP's Business Objects products ($$$$) allow auto e-mailing.

Crystal reports is linked to our main system and we can set up reports in a scheduler that allows us to print or email them on a specific day and it automatically runs. I just wasn't sure it that would work with the exported report. Thanks for your help.
