Hello,
 
One of the users reports that the report displayed smaller than it needs to be.
 
I used to tell them to change the default printer if it prints in small format. But it doesn't work this time.
 
The app is C#/VS 2010/Windows 7.
 
Any suggestions?

Is this a web app or a Windows app? What is the version of the Crystal SDK assemblies that the app is using? Is the specific font that the report is using installed on the user's system?
