I have an existing table with 4 parameters; item, location, period, and forecast. I want to show next period forecast for an item and location in a new column. In Access, I set parameters in query but cannot figure out how to write formula in Crystal. Can you help?

I think that I am bit confused.
do you want to add another column to the table or just display another column on the report?
is the value for the column in the table on the same row or on another row?

It is on another row in the table and I want to show it as a new column - next period forecast.

if it is another row...and it is not the next or previous record your only option is to create a subreport, which could impact the speed of your report.
