Hello, I am brand new to Crystal and SQL. I have a simple report with two tables using Crystal 2008 v12.1.0. I am using 6 fields from these tables with join. The report is going to tell me who has a net zero check. I have a field called TRANSAMT that is going to be the pre-check amount. I would like the report to only pull in checks that have an amount of 0 or less. Please advise. Thank you for your expertise.

Mike

Go to the Select Expert, select the TRANSAMT field "is less than", type the number 0, and save.

This will filter out records that have a TRANSAMT that is greater than 0.
