hi guys,
what do i have to do not to have the value prompting from CRYSTAL REPORTS?
i have 2 reports that are receiving the same parameters from my accounting software, both of them joint tables.... BUT one of them doesn't prompt to enter the values and the other does? It seemed i have checked everything but still not working!! Am i forgetting something?
thanks
Will!

1. What version of Crystal are you using?
2. Are the parameter names exactly the same, including letter case and are they the exact same data type in both reports?

Is the rest of the configuration for the parameters exactly the same? Does your accounting software come with an earlier version of Crystal?

My Accounting software (SPIRE) doesn't come with Crystal Reports but i have the 2013 version that i bought specifically to do that. And its amazing its exactly the same thing, the only difference is on the original Report there is 1 of the 2 tables are different but all the rest is identical. Even the logic for the formula is completely the same.
I'm really perplex on this... i have tried everything that i could and i dont know where else to look!
