I am using Crystal Reports with a Print MIS system. I have multiple users accessing the MIS and the associated reports. One of the reports requires a user to enter a parameter. It is basically a boolean saying "Change Status" and "Don't change Status". All the users I have checked are able to see this parameter filled in with the default value, 1 user sees the field blank. Also, that 1 user can not type anything in the field or hit OK. All users are accessing the same report file, any idea why this might be happening? I have tried restarting everything, re-installing everything, but it is still a problem.

I would contact the folks who provided your software. We have no way of knowing how they used the SDK, so there's not much we can do to assist with this.
