I also have the activity table containing activity item based by the date. I need to create report as shown : Monday Tuesday     Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday 1        2           3        4        5      6 - Swim -Watching - Dine    -Learn   -Sleep -Travel - Dine -          -Learn      -      Travel - Sleep I Already create the multiple column choice but it is only show the day of the week. thx
