Hello,
I've created a report to extract the data to then import into a third party application daily. I have been manually adding the previously qualified records to exclude prior to re-generating the report. Is there a function or formula in Crystal Reports that can identified what previously qualified records and exclude from re-qualifying for the report?
The data qualify for the report based on a certain field being valued the previous day. As an example: today file 1, 2, and 3 qualify for the report, tomorrow when I re-generate the report I don't want file 1, 2, and 3 to re-qualify. Is there a way to do this systematically without having to manually exclude the records?
Thank you for your help in advance!

Is there something like a "last change date" field you can use to filter out the data that's already been reported?

Hello Dell,
Thank you for your response and suggestion! I was actually thinking of using the last change date field too. I think this is the only possible solutions.
Thanks again!
