Hi, i have a packingslip report where we list what we have picked for the customers. But even tho an item is the same it will list them as a line per stock record in our warehouse system. How can i combine equal SKU lines and qty so is will only be listed one time?
As it is now it will list like this.
SKU - Description - QTY
92011 - sombrero - 1
92011 - sombrero - 6
0122 - Hat - 8
0122 - Hat - 1
How can i combine this into:
SKU - Description - QTY
92011 - Sombrero - 7
0122 - Hat - 9

Group on SKU
suppress details
place the SKU and Description on the Report Header (or footer) and add a SUM of QTY for for the group
