This report has 3 Groups
Employee
CheckDate
CheckNo

And Running Totals on CheckNo

However, found out that it only shows the same CheckNo once.
Why would there be a duplicate? If the CheckNo was voided.
So it uses the same CheckNo but with a negative value.

Right now it only shows the same CheckNo once and the Earnings total is inaccurate because of the 2nd record isn't showing.

At one point it'll show the positive value making the total Earnings overstated because it's not calculating in the voided (negative amount).
Run it another time and it shows only the negative amount and not the positive understating the total Earnings.

How do you have the CheckNo Group show when the Earnings amount is the same amount but cancelling each other out? Not sure how else to explain this.

On Group it needs to show both, but it currently is not.
CheckNo    Earnings
811511     $1000
811511    -$1000

Hope this makes sense.
