I recently switched jobs.  The IT people at my new position installed Crystal for me.
 
I can not establish conections to create a new report nor access help.  From reading the error message I believe the problem is "The Softgrid Client is operating in disconnected mode and cannot preform the operation requested."
 
What do I need to get into to change this mode to a more appropriate setting?
