Hi guys, i want to connect CR11 Standard Edition to MySql databases. I installed the mysql driver and made the ODBC connection. The test button (Connector/ODBC) was ok. But when I tried to access the mysql db, in CR Standard XI, the following message was shown: "Not implemented. Please upgrade to CR Professional version (or higher) in order to connect to the data source you have selected." Question: is it really necessary to upgrade to pro version or is there anything i can do to solve this problem?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Unfortunately, I don't know if this is an absolute requirement. You could download the 30 day trial of XI Pro (2008 now...) and see if that fixes the problem. If so, then I would have to agree that this is your only option. If the problem still exists then I would say that CR is having difficulties communicating with the ODBC driver you're using.
