Hi,
I've a web server (IIS) and a separate CMC (Cyrstal 10).
 
Now when the users are pulling reports in IE (thru' PDF) they are intermittently getting "Internal error".
 
When I checked the Windows Application error log , I get source as "Crystal_Webconnector",category "15" and EventId as 34400 and the error says in short "The description for Event ID ( 34400 ) in Source ( Crystal_WebConnector ) cannot be found. The following information is part of the event: assert failure in file (Y:\backend\WebAppServer\wsconnector\src\isapi\workerpool.cpp) at line 94. (false : Request failed with code 4 and error message An unknown error has occurred.).."
 
I checked and found the services on both the web server and crystal server and found the services running..though I bounced both the boxes.
 
Any idea / soln. would be greatly appreciated.
