I have a report with a group summary (count) based on number of times a trouble ticket has been entered on a data circuit.   I also have a bar chart. 

I changed the report to show only records where more than 2 tickets were entered by changing the select expert criteria on the group summary.  Report changed correctly in preview mode.
 
Problem is that the chart still shows all tickets, even those where there is only a count of one ticket.  I have refreshed the data and nothing changes.  I am sure this is just a newbie question but I am really scratching my head.  Thanks!
