Is there a way to suppress the whole row of a footer it the columns have zero balances???

Hi,

Right click the footer Select Section Expert then in Common Tab Click the X+2  against Suppress(No Drill-Down) and check for the field/s in your report footer

{table.fieldname} = 0  if more then one field check for multiple conditions using or

Since it is a footer, you might need to check if the sums of the values are 0, which would be SUM({table.fieldname}, {group name}) = 0
