I have developed a report in Crystal Reports 10 to print on 5x4 paper size. The report is being used in a web application. The changes to printer settings are made on the server which works just fine on client; means report open on client side in 5x4 paper format. But something triggers on The server and my print settings stop working and report layout comes in Letter format. However, resetting the IIS resolves the problem.

The report is developed in Crystal Reports 10 and is being called in ASP.
Crystal Report is deployed on server as a DCOM.
I am not able to get to the root of the problem. Can anyone help?
