Cannot install Crystal Reports 2008 update !!!

I am using Crystal Reports 2008 and everytime I try to update the software it will hang at "Please wait while the Installer finishes determining your disk space requirements"
 
I have tried this on both XP and  Vista computers, both with more than 100GB free on the hard drive.
 
I also tried to download the file and install it from the HD. I tried the "run as admin" on the Vista computer but no luck.
 
I also went to the website and downloaded the file but still nothing. 
 
Any ideas ?

I'm having this exact same problem. Downloaded CR2008 sp3 full install to the local disk. When kick off the install it hangs at this checking disk space message. Have let it sit for over an hour with no progress. Any suggestions? Is BO or SAP aware of this problem?

I do not recall if CR 2008 gives you a choice of language paks you can install.  If so, choose one (we choose French).  Anyhow a number of SAP products have the same issue, so for us we have English as our main language then choose a language pak also.
