Occasionally, I create reports that pull data from either excel or access files. I tried to open Crystal Reports 2008 in order to create one of these reports while my laptop was not on the network, but I was unable to open CR. Is this normal behavior? Is there some setting I can change so that I can access CR while not connected to a network?
