Hi there,

I am reporting on information that covers two fiscal years.   The following has been requested of me, to be presented in a graph format and in cross-tab:

If the data for the current fiscal year is greater than that from the previous fiscal year, change the colour to green, if it is less, then change the colour to yellow, and otherwise,  have the colour be blue.

I have done conditional colour formatting previously, but never by using this type of comparison.   Can this even be done?   If so, how?

Also, the data that is being compared are all formula fields.

Thanks

If all else fails, this functionality is easily done in our CRChart add-in, which has macros to handle multiple coloring options based on charted-values.
