Hi All,

After upgrading my CR XI release 2 to service pack 3, I find that the JRC does not contain a class that used to be there in one of my previous versions of the JRC and that my code relies on
.
It is com.crystaldecisions.reports.common.engine.Engine that used to be in  CrystalReportingCommon.jar but now is not anymore.

Strange thing is that the manifest file in the previous version says it is version 11.8.0.671 (class files date from oct 2006) while the SP3 version is 11.5.9.1076 (class files date from november 2007.) How can there be a lower number for a later version?.

I'm totally confused now as to what version I had before and how the Engine class could be gone.

Currently I am stuck with an incompatible JRC version. I would appreciate it a lot if anybody could help me out, or point me to the correct JRC information to figure it out myself.

Thanks,
Herm Flink
