Hi everybody... i need your help for an authentication issue whit LIVE OFFICE connections from Xcelsius2008 to Crystal Report Server 2008. I've just connected other reports data in Xcelsius2008 but generating the SWF sometimes the SWFs can not logon and refresh the live office objects (ex. Crosstabs). The error message is the following: 'Database logon failed (LO 26603)' During the SWF's generation in Xcelsius (Live Office), it requires me the authentication to Logon in the Database, if I insert the correct authentication, Xcelsius refreshes the data (downloaded by CRServer) but before that it shows the Preview, it requires the authentication for Crystal Report Server 2008; Sys: ServerName After this step, for some SWFs the data are refreshed and it works correctly, other times it shows the same error: 'Database logon failed (LO 26603)' May you explain me why for some "live office connections" i have this problem and other times not? |
