Hi All
I am in need to create a report for billing.
I have generated a sql query according through the date selected.
only two fields Item and Amount
Its working fine and no problem.
I need
At the report footer I need to display the Grant Total of the field Amount
I dont know how to do it. Can anybody tell me the steps for how to do it.

Hi in field explorer create a new running total called grand ammount .In field to summarise place in ammount .
Evaluate for each record.
Reset Never .
This will then produce a running total for the field ammount.
Place in group or report footer.
