How about an index of books w/n the site; unless, there is only that 1 book listed under purchase?
 
I wouldn't mind an index of what's in the book so I don't have to peruse elsewhere.
 
I will be using VS 2003/2005/probably 2007? ...

Hmmm... that's something I never though of. Good idea. Right now I have the table of contents listed on this site which should give you a good idea of what is in it. You can also go to Amazon.com and see the index. Here is a link.
