I am new to Crystal Reports; sorry if this sounds like a dumb question. I work in a call center and would like to automate a weekly report showing the amount of calls and related data for each of our clients. The problem is that if we receive no calls from one the clients, they do not appear on the report, and rightly so. There is nothing in the database to show for the client. Is there a way to keep the clientname on the report and show zero's for all of the stats in the report. Thank you in advance for your help.

Depends on your source process.

You can use a left join from one table to another but you have to make sure if you write a select statement that it does not filter out data you want.
