Hello,
I have looked through and haven't found the answer to this question in the forum, but if it has been answered please let me know!

I have a report of company assets and their associated costs. I have grouped them by asset type (computer, printer, etc.). I summarized the total cost for each asset type in the Group Footer. I would like this same information posted in the Group Header. However, if i move the summary to the header in design view, it doesn't display the correct cost summary, i assume because the running total has been reset. Is there a way to put the summary for the group on the top line, not the last?
Thanks so much in advance,
Kathy

If you are using an Insert Summary then that can be displayed in the header.
If you are calculating using a Running Total or variable formula that would have to be done via a subreport to be placed in the header.
