Because different systems have different data structures, there is no way to create a "template" without associating it to the specific software that it works with. So, this is probably something you're going to have to design on your own. You could find examples of bills from various hotels - your best bet would probably be to use examples from your own travels or get with friends/co-workers who travel and see if they can show you some samples.
