Dear all,

I am using CR 2008 version. I want to display the records in table format.
I tried with crosstab. but But crosstab is sumarizing, gruping fields, and i want to show simple table for example 100 records (username, frist name, last name, date of birth). Is it possible to do it in a crosstab???

Thanks for helping this urgent request. Thanks a lot

I do not believe a crosstab will work for this.  Normally for something like this, I use boxes and lines and 'draw' a table'.

Hope this helps.

You may be able to use a cross tab if your record selection is done well and you group at the lowest level in the record such as an 'id' field.

You can control the crosstab layout pretty well so if this would work your desired layout may be possible.

Otherwise I think kevlray has given the only other real choice, one I have used but is two time consuming.

I have done this using the box and line tools as well. It is really not that hard once you start playing with in in the design mode.

put your report fields in detail section and draw table using lines.
