It's taking a ridiculously long amount for our users to export from our InfoView reports. Even from my computer it took 17 minutes to export a 63 page Invoice report (211 records) into a Word document. Is there a setting I need to check to make this process more efficient? It took the user longer because her computer is older than mine.

I even tried to schedule the report, thinking that may take less time but it took 22 minutes before it would successfully complete.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions you may have!
 
It also takes a long time to export the report just using Crystal Reports 2008 on my local machine and not going through InfoView.
