Hello,

I have another question.
Is it possible in CR to print as many report are needed depending on a variable selected from a table?
I mean, I have to make one report(the same report but diferent files) for each branch I find in a table. Can I print a number of reports depending on the number of branches I find in a table?

Ex:

Table consists of:
branch,
string

Let's say I have 3 distinct branches in my table. I have to make 3 reports, one for each branch. How can this be done without scheduling 3 reports(because it's possible to have 40 branches)?

You will have to either write a program that will do this for you or purchase a third-party tool to do it.  http://www.kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html - http://www.kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html  is a good list of many of the third-party tools that are available.

Can't you just group on branch, then throw a new page for each group? That gives you one report, but separated by branch.

Andrew,

That works fine if you're printing and bursting the report yourself.  What the OP was looking for is a way to automatically export the report to different files, one for each branch.  You need some sort of a separate program to handle that.

Sorry, didn't realise it was intended for separate files. If you can't find a 3rd party product to do it, give me a shout and I'll quote to write something.
