I recently got a new PC.  I re-installed my Crystal Reports 8.5 and my Adobe Profession 7.  I am running Office 2007 and we are using AVG as our virus program.  Now when I try to export a Crystal Report to pdf I get
a failed error.  Does anyone have a solution for this ?

I have a new Computer with windows 8.1 update, reinstalled
CR XI Dev.edition and upon trying to export to PDF, I get
" failed to export".
In the past with Windows 7 and same programs/reports, I did not get that error message.
How to repair ?
