I am using Crystal Reports Basic for Visual Studio 2008, which is version 10.5 as far as I know. My report is displayed on an ASPX page using a CrystalReportViewer control. I want to display the contents of a Rich Text Box in my report and so I used the Format Object/Paragraph/Text Interpretation option and set the value to RTF Text. This seems to have absolutely no effect on the report output. I tried setting it to another option, HTML Text. This time I got a header formatted as expected but the remainder of the text is as before, i.e. including all the html tags etc.

 

Can anyone help me. I've only one good handful of hair left at this point
