HI,
 
I want to suppress record filed, if fild data are same/ duplicate, none of them should not show on report and instead it should show the its record count.
I hav a senario like the field values
the companies   % shared
 A                          25.0
 B                          25.0
 C                          25.0
 D                          25.0
if all % shared are equal then should show like bellow instead %
 A                          4
 B                          4
 C                          4
 D                          4
 
can you find me a solution for this

Hi

A bit confused what is 4 is it the total record count or individual % count for companies ....
 
a bit more sample records i.e mixture of duplicate and non-duplicate records would  be better and what needs to be shown in both scenarios will also be helpful.

the i require is the records are grouped by Employee name nd 4 is the record count , check the bellow sample for better understand
        
Employeee    Comapny            %Shared
 
 Emp1
                        A                          4   
                        B                          4
                        C                          4
                        D                          4
 
                              
 Emp2
                        E                          50.0
                        F                          25.0
                        G                          25.0
                       
                                  Toatal%     100.0
 Emp3
                        H                         2  
                        A                          2
