Hi,

I have created a report with CR XI including dynamic cascading parameters. To allow the second parameters more than 1000 rows of records to view at a time, I creadted registry key LOC with MaxRowrecords enough to cope it on my local PC. The report is running OK locally. When I tried  to save it on the server, there is error:save report on server (infoview & business objects) "Failed read data from report... Reason: Failed to read parameter object".
Could anyone please advise and provide a solution?
thanks in advance.

Hi All,

The problem has been fixed. When I checked the report's paramete list, I found there were two not used parameters( I have used before and then abandoned!) that were not removed.  So I have removed them and saved it still in CR XI version and tried it on the server. There is no error! The reports runs OK with dynamic cascading prompts.
Thank you all for taking time to help me with this.
Cheers,
John
