Hello Folks,
Currently i have the data in the following format
   count      client                        clientcodeyr            internalcode
    2            HISC OK-2008              2008                    OK
    9            HISC-2007                    2007                    NOT OK
     5           HISC-2006                     2006                   NOT OK
     1           HISC-2008                     2008                   NOT OK

My requirement is to show it in the report in following format. I think it would be possible using cross tab but i have no luck in getting. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot

           NON-OK                                  OK
2006      2007    2008          2006    2007     2008
5              9            1               -            -         2

I don't think a cross-tab will work for you.  It does better when you have a summary of some sorts.  Not sure on how to do this.
