I have users that use Crystal reports 8.5, they have reports that they try and print and when they print the report comes out incorrect, it prints out of the margin area in either landscape or portrait mode. i have tried all settings of the printer and nothing works why does this happen.   this printer is a Konica minolta Biz hub 360 printer. when they print out to other printers it works fine.
