We have an existing report that we are trying to find out how it is selecting records.

There are no entries under the select expert, no parameter fields defined and no SQL expressions fields. There are no suppression formulas in the group sections.

It is usually ran from within another program and we would like to use it from Crystal.

Where can I look to find how it is selecting records?

Thank you

maybe it is in the source itself (e.g. a view or stored proc or crytal command object) that is defining/limiting the data set.
Look at what the report is using as teh source and then track it back as needed.
