When I use 5 different parameter fields to track item on a manifest sheet, when the same parameter is entered into 2 different parameters I only display one parameter as being entered.

IE
Setup 6 parameters Item 1, Item 2, item 3 item 4 item 5 item 6, these will be used to lookup information in the data base.
if Parm 1 and PArm 4 have the same data entered it only looks up the item once and only displays it once in the report, can I setup a counter or can I have each individual parameter be displayed in the report even thought 2 of the parameters are the same?

I figured this out by usin the surpress fuynction and multiple detail records on the report. Not sure how to delete or update the status in this forum...
