    Posted: 14 May 2008 at 12:58pm
I have simple report with details section and 3 fields in it (on left side), and it is grouped by employee iD. Also in detail section I have subreport (on right side) that is linked to main report. Problem is subreport displays whole bunch of records for each record on right in details section. I'd like to be able to restrict subreport to be printed only once for each employee ID. I know its posible if I move it to the group section, but is it way to keep it in details section and make it print out only once per group (emplyee ID)?
Help me pls.

Have you linked the subreport to the main report using the Employee ID? It sounds like it is printing too many employee records in the subreport for each employee id in the Details section. Is this true? If so, using the proper field to link the two reports together will clear this up.
