I have one excel spreadsheet and I am linking it to another data source via the SSN. In the cases where the same SSN appears in more than one record on the spreadsheet, I don't want that data included in the report. Essentially, I want to pull data only for records in the spreadsheet where the SSN is listed only one time.

I also want to be able to do the reverse for a separate report. To only pull data where the SSN appears more than once.

If that makes sense, how can I do it with Crystal Reports 10?
