Hello,

What syntax would I need to use in order to have information sent to another source in an IF/THEN statement in a Record Selection Formula? If the statement is true I want the record displayed, if it is false I want the record to be sent to a different file.

Thanks in advance!

What do you mean 'send to another file'? Crystal Reports doesn't send data to files. It simply prints reports.

Is there a way for the results, whether true or false,  to be split up into two reports?

you can use subreports and each subreport has its own record selection formula. That would let you split the data into different reports.
