I am trying to determine the number of records that have been seen for more than 5 hours over a quarter.

I have a table with client numbers and contact types, and also the duration for each contact, this gives me the total duration across the contacts/contact types for that quarter, but can't seem to get the formula right for this.

I need to get quarter totals by Adviser, rather than individual amounts, i.e.

Total Contacts this Quarter by Adviser Done
Total Duration this Quarter by Adviser Done
Average Duration Time in the Quarter by Adviser Done
Number of individual clients worked with by Adviser Done
Average Contacts per client for the Quarter by Adviser Done
Number of clients Seen for more than 5 hours in the quarter by Adviser (Total time seen over quarter > 5 hours) PROBLEMS

any help would be much appreciated.

C-3PO: Excuse me sir, but might I inquire as to what's going on?
Han Solo: Why not?
C-3PO: Impossible man.
